| Making A Purchase The prices displayed on this site are quoted in UK sterling and US dollars, and are only valid and effective in the UK , EEC and USA. The exchange rate at which the dollar prices are displayed is based on the official exchange rate monitored daily and they are estimates. Payments can only be made in UK sterling. The prices include VAT at 17.5% (UK tax). Prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packing, this will be added at the rates specified in the delivery section below. You will receive confirmation of your order via email. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch/Visa delta card payments. If you are shopping from North America or EEC area, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or Euro. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. | Shipping And Handling All accessories will come with the appropriate Vivienne Westwood pouch and box. All handbags will come in a Vivienne Westwood dust proof bag. All orders will be sent via registered post to all UK & European destinations, please note that upon delivery a signature will be required. We are using courier service to ship to USA. Please note that all dutes and taxes have to be cleared by the customer prior to the collection of goods. We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance. | Delivery Schedule The postal service operates from Monday to Friday between 8 am - 6 pm, a specific time for delivery can not be stipulated. We do not deliver to PO boxes. Orders placed at weekends or public holidays will be dealt with on the next working day. Please allow five working days for delivery of goods from point of purchase for any orders made within the UK and ten working days for any orders made throughout the rest of Europe, please note these are working days not including weekend or UK public holidays. We aim to deliver orders made from USA within 5 working days from the acceptance of the on line order. Delivery charges are as follows. | Returns Policy Our aim is to guarantee your complete satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused item subject to the following criteria. - items must be in their original unused condition; - items must be sent in their original packaging with the swing tags attached - Items can only be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery - returns must include a completed Vivienne Westwood return form (to be found with the delivered goods) and the Westwood Ltd invoice - items must be sent in one single shipping; we cannot accept returned items from the same order sent separately. PLEASE NOTE that we no longer accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. This does not effect your statutory rights We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) within 14 days of dispatch. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order. At our discretion we will pay the postage for all returned items at a rate of £5.00 (UK) and £10 (International), (Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights). If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery. Vivienne Westwood Ltd. will not be responsible for damage that occurs during the return process. Please note that all refunds and exchanges must be made through our website, no goods bought via the online store may be returned to any other Vivienne Westwood outlet.
